  • Our experience has shown us that the best level of service an MSP can offer is when they assign a single technician to handle most situations that we at Capstone may come across. This enables one person to learn and understand our environment the best they can. Is this a service strategy you are willing to offer us?
  • We aren't interested in having a tech onsite regularly, but would like it if you are able to send someone if we really needed onsite assistance.
  • Support Scope Details

  • Please check all support options your company is able to provide via Group Policy Management.
  • We desire uptime reports that only show uptime from 8AM to 5PM during normal workdays. We strive for a 99.9% uptime during that timeframe and don't feel as concerned about uptime outside of those hours. Therefore, we would like to give shareholders uptime reports only for 8-5 M-F. Can your company provide this level of detail in the uptime report?

    • 24x7 monitoring and support for one Dell EqualLogic SAN
    • Monitoring and support for network devices (3 switches, 1 Firewall)
    • 10 TB of local backup/4 TB cloud backup (servers only, hourly intervals, roll up daily backup offsite each night)

    We understand that the services you offer and the pricing that goes along with them are likely very customizable. The pricing information you enter here will not by the primary factor we consider. It is just another datapoint for us to think about. We hope to fully explore all the options you are able to provide us once we narrow down the results, but until then just try and give a good guess at how much it will cost to cover the scope mentioned above.
