• 10% discount on all parts and labor for work that goes beyond the maintenance agreement.

• 20% discount on a year’s supply of filters.

• Less waiting with “priority treatment.” You will be placed ahead of everyone else who has called for service and is not a Planned Maintenance Agreement customer.

• Reduced electrical usage. Systems with clean filters and coils can operate as much as 40% more efficient than systems with dirty components. We also check for air losses in the duct-work that could be robbing the system of capacity and efficiency.
