During Cooling Season

• Clean the condenser
• Check the evaporator coil
• Check the refrigerant lines
• Start / run the capacitors
• Start / run the relays
• Verify refrigerant levels
• Clean the condensate pan

During Heating Season

• Clean burners
• Perform carbon monoxide check
• Ensure proper venting
• Check manifold pressure
• Check service valves
• Check heat exchanger / chamber
• Check gas pressure
