Audits

We offer an energy auditing service which instructs customers where they can most effectively reduce energy costs. These audits usually uncover energy savings from 10-40%. Most energy conservation measures have a payback of less than 2 years. A Capstone audit analyzes and provides recommendations on occupant health and comfort, as well as energy savings and efficiency.

            Predominant UseMost industrial customers are exempt from paying sales tax on their energy usage if more than 50% of that energy usage is dedicated to production and they have a yearly Predominate Use Study completed by a professional engineer.  Capstone provides this service to many of our industrial clients.

LEED

In an effort to be environmentally friendly and do our part to be good stewards of our resources, Capstone performs work on projects which meet LEED certification.
