Carlile Geology Annex, Baylor University and Beck Construction - The addition was added to the Baylor Science Building to house the Geology Labs, classrooms, and offices. The system consisted of a chilled-water VAV air handler, fan-powered boxes, and building automation. Capstone also did the plumbing design and installation.
Harris Creek Baptist Church, CWA Construction - New construction of 40,000 sq ft building with sanctuary, offices, and classrooms. Capstone provided the HVAC design and installation that consisted of high efficiency rooftops, dedicated make-up air unit, and building automation system.
Wardlaw Claims Services, Andy Horn Construction - New construction of three buildings totaling 40,000 sq ft including offices, data center, conference center, classrooms, call center, and warehouse. Capstone designed and installed the HVAC that included a 4-pipe chilled water/hot water VAV system, several high efficiency split systems, and a building automation system.
Texas Farm Bureau Conference and Data Center, Bush Construction - Capstone provided the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering for the project as well as the HVAC and plumbing contracting. The 70,000 sq ft building has a chilled water/hot water VAV system in the offices and a fully redundant data center with 50 ton computer room HVAC system.
Texas Farm Bureau Headquarters Chiller Plant Renovation, Owner Direct - The scope of work included the removal and replacement of two water-cooled chillers with over 400 tons of capacity and new pumps.
Highland Baptist Church Multi-Use Facility, Target Restoration - This project included the design and installation of a 175 ton chilled water and hot water system to serve a large multi-use auditorium and classrooms.
Hillcrest Medical Clinic, Swanson Construction - Along with the mechanical and plumbing design, Capstone installed 30 tons of high-efficiency rooftop units and the plumbing system.
Dr Kirk Clinic, Andy Horn Construction - This typical medical office building was designed and installed with high efficiency DX split system units and 94% efficient furnaces.
New Road Retail Center, Oscar Diaz- Capstone provided the tenant finish-out engineering and contracting for the HVAC systems on these retail spaces.
Today's Family Dental, Alford Company - The scope of work included the design and installation of the 25 ton HVAC system.
Coca-Cola Distribution Center, Barsh Co. - Capstone provided the HVAC engineering and installation for this 100,000 sq ft warehouse and office space.
The Dwyer Group Office Addition, William Taylor and Associates - Capstone provided the HVAC and Plumbing engineering and installation on this addition to an existing facility.
St. Louis School HVAC Remodel - Built in 1963, this school was converted from the original 2-pipe chilled water and unit ventilator system to high efficiency packaged units over the summer break.
Café Cappuccino, One Liberty Center - This was a remodel of a historic downtown Waco building space for use as a restaurant. Capstone removed the existing water-source heat pump system and replaced it with a high-efficiency DX split system.
