Waco, Texas (May 10, 2008) - Capstone Mechanical has moved to their new location on 7100 Imperial Drive in Waco's Industrial Park. "We have been very blessed to grow to this point and our new facility is a key piece to helping us diligently serve our customers in the future," stated Rick Tullis, President of Capstone. The facility serves as the home base for service and contracting operations throughout Central Texas as well as housing the engineering services and sheet metal manufacturing.

After extensive renovations to the building once owned by Syzygy, Capstone opened its doors in early April. A priority in the renovation was to make the building as environmentally friendly as possible. "One of our core values as a company is to be good stewards of our resources, so with that in mind we boosted the efficiency of the building with new high efficiency air conditioning, lighting, and insulations systems," said Stephen LeRow, Vice-President of Operations. These changes have reduced the energy consumption of the building by over 32%.
