"Award Goes To Local A/C Contractor"

WACO, TX - Capstone Mechanical recently received an award from Carrier Corporation for Outstanding Sales Growth for a new Carrier residential dealer in Texas for 2006. The growth pace even exceeded the expectations of the Capstone ownership.

Incorporated in 2005 by owners Stefan LeRow and Rick Tullis, the Capstone team has grown into a company of more than 25 employees that provides residential, commercial, and industrial cooling and heating solutions in the Central Texas area. Sales for 2006 were 3.5 times greater than 2005 and 32% higher than projected. Mr. Tullis commented, "We've been very blessed to have had this much opportunity so soon. We get to work with many outstanding general contractors, builders, and service customers, and at the same time we've been able to put together a very high performing team of people out in the field and in the office."

The outlook for next year looks equally as promising. Mr. LeRow said, "With growth comes many challenges, the largest of which will be doubling the number of technicians and installers we have next year as we keep up with the growing pace of the work load." Capstone hopes to have a work force of 50 by the end of 2007.

Besides residential new construction and replacement business, Capstone has also been involved with many commercial projects such as Copperas Cove High School, LaVega High School, Baylor University's new Student Foundation building, Sam Nay Hyundia, Sanderson Farms, Fort Hood, Harris Creek Baptist Church, and Don Wringler Chevrolet and Toyota just to name a few.
