GREAT PEOPLE
As homeowners and business owners with our own families, we place a high priority on hiring ethical, trustworthy people with exceptional skills. We look for the same type of people we feel comfortable with in our own home. We conduct a complete background check and strictly comply with Texas House Bill 705, passed to protect homeowners from exposure to in-home service personnel with a dangerous record. Our employees have a good driving record, and we drug test all employees. In short, being part of the Capstone team means you serve others before yourself to ensure every customer is completely satisfied.
